About the Practice:

Job Parameters:
- Scope: Focus on dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, All-on-X treatments, with opportunities in orthognathic and trauma surgery.
- Leadership: You ll provide clinical leadership, engage in marketing, and develop referral relationships.
- Schedule: 4.5-day work week, with a mix of sedation surgeries, implant placements, and consultations.
- Support: Work alongside a highly experienced team, including a Physician Assistant who has increased overall production by 30%+.
Financials & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: $450,000 base salary with expected earnings over $1M in the first year ($2.8M+ in expected collections for year 1)
- Bonus Structure: 50% bonus on collections over $1.2M, with proven collections exceeding $4M last year.
